4. Credits and payments
Generations consume credits. Credits are purchased via monthly subscriptions or one-time packs billed through Stripe. Unused credits from subscriptions expire at the end of the billing cycle. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled from your account settings.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. Technical failures (e.g. generation errors) are automatically refunded as credits.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact support@zykra.io with your account email and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Subsequent billing cycles, credit top-up packs, and accounts found to be abusing this policy are not eligible for refunds.
5. Content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit (prompts, images, videos) and generate. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is:
- illegal, hateful, defamatory or violent;
- sexual in nature involving minors (CSAM);
- impersonating real people without their consent;
- infringing on third-party intellectual property rights;
- designed to deceive, harass, or harm others (deepfakes, scams).
Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
