Zykra respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains your rights over AI-generated content, prohibited uses, and how to report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or equivalent EU law.
1. Ownership of generated content
As a paying subscriber, you hold the commercial rights to images and videos generated with Zykra, subject to:
- compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party model licenses (see section 7);
- valid inputs — you may only submit reference images and prompts you own or have rights to use;
- no removal of AI authenticity markers (SynthID, metadata);
- prohibited-use restrictions described below.
Free-tier generations are for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Zykra to generate, distribute, or reproduce content that:
- depicts real people without their explicit consent (non-consensual deepfakes);
- sexualizes or harms minors in any form;
- reproduces copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or proprietary designs you don't have rights to;
- is used for fraud, impersonation, defamation, or disinformation;
- violates the Content Policy in our Terms.
Violations result in immediate account termination, content removal, and where required, reporting to law enforcement.
3. DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content generated, stored, or shared through Zykra infringes your copyright, send a written notification to copyright@zykra.io (or support@zykra.io) including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on Zykra;
- your contact information (full name, address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We process valid notices within 5 business days. Content found infringing is removed and the uploader notified.
Note: false claims may result in legal liability. File only when you have a genuine, good-faith belief in the infringement.
4. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the content removed and its previous location;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction (your local court, or EU Member State if you reside in the EU).
Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless the original claimant initiates legal action within 10-14 business days.
5. Repeat infringer policy
Zykra terminates the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Multiple valid DMCA takedowns or confirmed intellectual property violations result in account suspension without refund.
6. AI authenticity markers
Content generated with certain models (e.g. Google Nano Banana) includes invisible authenticity markers such as SynthID. Per the model providers' terms, you agree not to:
- remove, alter, or attempt to defeat these markers;
- misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required (e.g. political ads in the EU under the AI Act).
7. Third-party model licenses
Zykra orchestrates third-party AI models. Using the Service means accepting the relevant model providers' terms of use and content policies:
- Kling / Kuaishou — Kling Terms
- Google Gemini Nano Banana — Google Gen AI Terms
- OpenAI GPT Image — OpenAI Usage Policies
- Seedance / ByteDance — respective commercial terms.
These providers reserve the right to update their policies. You are responsible for reviewing them.
