What is Zykra?
Zykra is an all-in-one AI creation platform. Generate studio-quality videos, images and multi-scene cinematic stories using the world's best models — Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, GPT Image — all from a single workspace.
Do I need editing skills to use Zykra?
No. You describe what you want, pick a model, and Zykra handles the rest. AI auto-polishes your prompt and generates the final output. No timeline, no keyframes, no video editor knowledge required.
What's the difference between Video, Image and Cinematic mode?
Video: generate a single animated video from a text prompt or image (up to 15 seconds). Image: generate up to 4 image variants per prompt in 1K–4K resolution. Cinematic: build multi-scene stories with your own character reference — perfect for narrative content.
Pricing & billing
How does pricing work?
You subscribe to a monthly plan and receive credits each month. Each generation consumes credits based on the model, duration and resolution (a 5-second video ≈ 240 credits, a 10-second video ≈ 480, an image ≈ 15–100). Plans start at $11.99/mo for 900 credits (~3 videos). New accounts get 30 credits free to try images. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my unused credits?
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits from one-time top-up packs (if you buy any) never expire and stack on top — they're consumed last so you always spend your renewable plan credits first.
Do you offer refunds?
Generations that fail due to technical errors are automatically refunded as credits. For other situations, reach out at support@zykra.io — we handle refund requests case-by-case.
Content & rights
Do I own the content I generate?
Yes, paying subscribers hold full commercial rights to the images and videos they generate. You can use them for personal or commercial projects — ads, social media, client work, products. Free-tier content is for personal use only.
Can I use Zykra outputs for commercial work?
Yes, on any paid plan. Make sure your inputs (reference images, prompts) comply with our Terms of Service and Copyright Policy — don't upload copyrighted material you don't own.
Do your videos have watermarks?
Outputs may include invisible AI authenticity markers (like SynthID for Nano Banana) required by the model providers. There's no visible Zykra watermark on paid-tier exports.
Privacy & data
Is my data private?
Yes. Your prompts, reference images and generated content live in your private library. We never share or sell your data to third parties, and we don't use your content to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
Account data and creations are hosted in the EU via Supabase. Generation requests are sent to AI model providers (Fal.ai, Google, OpenAI) only to fulfill your request, protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account settings and click Delete account. All personal data and creations are permanently erased within 30 days, except billing records retained for tax compliance (10 years).

My generation failed or looks wrong, what do I do?
If a generation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded. If results don't match your expectations, tweak the prompt and regenerate. Still stuck? Email support with your prompt and request ID — we'll investigate.
